Returnable products must be couried to Customer Services department on 2nd Floor, B-45, Block 5, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, Pakistan for a return and full refund to be made. The courier charges to be borne by the customer.

Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to our address 2nd Floor, B-45, Block 5 Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi.

Once all above steps are completed. It may take 4-5 working days from the date when we receive yor parcel for refund.
How can I change size ?
In the event you are unsatisfied with the size you purchase and would like to receive a different size of the same product, we will be more than happy to change size as per below procedures
